Hi all,
The workgroup met briefly this past Monday to follow up with the submitter of this IRR regarding the specific scenario that prompted the request for a new value. The group also heard from the current jurisdiction taking DN0439 (Benefit Change Reason Code) to see if they have encountered any issues expressed from customers with the values currently available. Through these discussions it was determined the scenario in question had another means for being reported through the standard and would no longer require the additional value, therefore this IRR may be withdrawn by the submitter. Additional details are captured in the attached notes.

The workgroup is seeking additional information from the submitter of the IRR to determine if there are some specific scenarios they're encountering that may help the workgroup through these discussions as well as working with a jurisdiction currently already taking these values to see how that information is coming in today when there is an adjustment or credit. Notes are attached. Our next workgroup meeting is to be held Monday, August 8th from 1pm-2pm EST.
