Attached is the proposed resolution for this clerical IRR.  We will be reviewing this IRR in Wednesday's Claims Committee meeting, July 21st.

Just a quick note for everyone.......We are working with Systems to confirm the tables are synced up with Section 2.2 of the R3.1 guide.  More to come soon.
