Business Requirement / Issue: Systems recommends DN0039 Part of Body Injured Code in both the 148 and R21 variable segment based on jurisdiction requirements.

​Requester's Proposed Resolution: Add a new DP Rule in the dictionary to DN0036 Part of Body Injured code.

This might be a moot point since this IRR is being withdrawn, but can we get the data element number corrected in the title of this IRR? Every time I see DN39, I think we are creating a new DN for Part of Body code. If we ever need to refer back to this at some future date, it would be less confusing if the DN# was shown accurately.
