Business Requirement / Issue: Minnesota statutes and rules require us to monitor the timeliness of the initial payment of benefits such as Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) - see Minnesota Rules 5220.2550.  Because PPD benefit payments can commence while the employee is currently receiving Temporary Partial Disability (TPD), MTC AB (Add Concurrent Benefit Type) would be sent to show the initial payment of the PPD benefits being paid simultaneously with TPD benefits.

Requester's Proposed Resolution: Include MTC AB in the definitions for DNs 0192 and 0195 as an MTC where these DNs can be required.
