I found another clerical change on the last page of the Lump Sum Payment/Settlement rules in Section 4 sub-section titled Lump Sum Payments Followed later by a Settlement for the Same Benefit Type Code:  There are references to Benefit Type Amount Paid - the title should be changed to reflect the correct title - Benefit Type Code Amount Paid (2 occurrences)
