WCIO - EDI Data Specification Updates - Spring 2026

The data specification updates that resulted from the Spring 2026 EDI Committee meeting were published to the WCIO website on May 20, 2026.  Please see the change log at the beginning of each specification with the summary of changes or the tracked changes in red embedded in the document for those specifications or documents that do not have a summary of changes.  All specifications and documents were updated with the approved changes dated May 13, 2026. 

 

The following specifications were updated:

 

1.       WCPOLS
2.       WCSTAT
3.       WCCRIT
4.       WCRATE
5.       WCNOA
6.       WCMED
7.       WCCPAP
8.       State Code Master
9.       Data Reporting Handbook
10.    Injury Description Codes- Part of Body
11.    WCIO Specifications Excel Format
12.    WCMODS (no longer applicable for any DCO and will not be updated going forward)

I didn't find the changes made either?
