Business Requirement / Issue:
Idaho requires RE segments when paying BTC070 and is routinely not receiving this information. There is no MTC that can be filed after the FN to report the missed segments (no MTC RE in 3.1).

Requester's Proposed Solution:
Update the rules to allow RE segments on SROI02. Currently the ERT is populated with B - Restricted - IAIABC Defined - No Change Allowed for A U D R. If it is not supported for A U D R, we would be satisfied with just the ability to Add missing segments.

Voting for IRR CLM950 completed on Friday, June 27, 2025. The proposed resolution was APPROVED along with the implementation timeline.

 

A total of 23 responses were received consisting of 18 Yes Votes, 0 No Votes and 5 Abstentions. Per the requirements of the IRR process, a two-thirds majority is required for an IRR to be considered approved. The outcome of this vote exceeded the two-thirds requirement with 100% in favor of the proposed resolution. A detailed report of the voting results for CLM948 is attached.

The voting period for this IRR has begun and will extend through 6/27/2025. A ballot for this IRR was sent to the voting body via email on 6/6/2025. The voting body is comprised of current IAIABC jurisdictional and EDI members in good standing. Each eligible organization is allowed one vote per IRR. It is the responsibility of the designated voter (or the alternate, if the designated voter is not available) to discuss the issue up for vote with all stakeholders within their organization and vote accordingly.

Please see attached proposed resolution that was presented at Forum in OKC.  The only added information in the attached are updates that will be needed to the element requirement table provided by the Systems team. 

Please review and let us know if there are any questions/issues.  If no concerns, this IRR will move to 14 day review on 5/16.
