Business Requirement / Issue: Idaho would like to send correspondence electronically to the injured worker. We currently mail claimant their statement of rights and we see a lot of returned mail which is costly. Email would reduce mailing costs and provide instant communication.

Requester's Proposed Resolution: Create a new data element EMPLOYEE EMAIL ADDRESS similar to DN0138 CA REPRESENTATIVE EMAIL ADDRESS.
