Business Requirement / Issue: FROI references are missing from the Data Element Reference Table by Name and Number.

Final Proposed Resolution: This is a clerical IRR to correct the omission the following DNs from the FROI DN list in Section 2.  These DNs were approved to be included in the FROI record layout when IRR823 and IRR824 were approved but the list did not indicate they were also on the FROI R21 record.  They will be added to the supplement and the corrected list will be included in the next publication of the R3.1 implementation guide:

• DN0072 - Latest RTW/Status Date (IRR823)


• DN0144 - Current Date Disability Began (IRR823)


• DN0145 - Current Date Last Day Worked (IRR823)


• DN0297 - First Day of Disability After the Waiting Period (IRR824)
