Business Requirement / Issue: Correct the date example for DN0512 DATE INSURER PAID BILL for scenario 7 on page 4.93.

Final Proposed Resolution: Clerical change to correct the example provided for DN0512 DATE INSURER PAID BILL currently written as 20110418, should be 20110420.
