Business Requirement / Issue: Suspected error within the Cancel Data Elements Segment of the Variable Segment Population Rules  (see attached).

Requester's Proposed Resolution: Change from 01 Change MTC to 01 Cancel MTC within Section 4 Variable Segment Population Rules (page 4.14).
