Approved - IRR CLM923 Asterisk for DN0298 is missing explanation

Business Issue / Requirement: On Page 4.3 of the R3.1 guide, there is an asterisk in the table on the 0298 line after the MTC RB.  There is no cross reference to the asterisk in either the table or at the bottom of the table. This asterisk was introduced originally with IRR CLM908.

Requester's Proposed Resolution: Resolve asterisk within Edit Recommendations table (Section 4).

After review of the document, it is determined that the asterisk was mistakenly left on the document.  The updated resolution has the aterisk removed and is resubmitted as an attachment.
