Business Issue / Requirements: Systems has made changes to the ERT around MTC 02 Change Codes.  These changes were presented in the October 13th Claims Committee meeting.  We need to align the R3.1 Implementation Guide Section 4 with these changes.

Requester's Proposed Resolution: Workgroup will meet to identify the changes needed.

Attached is the proposed resolution for this clerical IRR. Clarifications were made to Section 4, 02 Change Processing Rules, to align with changes made to the standard Element Requirement Table.
