The NY Claims EDI team has met with its' business units. As announced at the March 21, 2018 IAIABC EDI Claims Committee meeting, NY has decided to withdraw this IRR. The NY Claims EDI team will work with the NY senders to address the issues with the TP reporting on the SROI-IP transactions as the reduced earning segments are not being reported properly to determine if the Claim Administrator is paying TP at a reduced earnings rate vs a TP rate at a degree of disability of mild/moderate/marked with the claimant not working.
