This IRR has been withdrawn by TDI. Changes will be made to the Event Table to accommodate the current DP Rule of the MCO fields. DN0207 will be blank so the code can be required. DN0208 & DN0209 will be populated with "@" so they can be mandatory conditional.

After discussion at the Claims Committee meeting today, changes will be made to the Event Table to accommodate the current DP Rule of the MCO fields.  DN0207 will be blank so the code can be required.  DN0208 & DN0209 will be "@" so they can be mandatory conditional.  This will resolve the needs of the TX requirements.
