Quick note - There were 3 items in this clerical IRR noted below that didn't make it into the proposed resolution during the review period.  These changes will still be included in the 2020 guide. 


1. Clerical change found in the DP rule for DN0413 Change Reason Code references 0413 Narrative For Claim which should be excluded as it cannot be changed.


2. Review exclusion in the guide for the IP after EP that was accidently removed from Net to Zero.


3. Section 4 Correction Processing Rules chart on 4.32 reference to S1 needs to be changed to SX.
