The voting period for this IRR has begun and will extend through 07/10/20. A ballot for this IRR was sent to the voting body via email on 06/19/20. The voting body is comprised of current IAIABC jurisdictional and EDI members in good standing. Each eligible organization is allowed one vote per IRR. It is the responsibility of the designated voter (or the alternate, if the designated voter is not available) to discuss the issue up for vote with all stakeholders within their organization and vote accordingly.

Business Requirement / Issue: Missouri needs to be able to require the reporting of Accident Site City (DN0121), Accident Site State Code (DN0123), Accident Site Postal Code (DN0033) and Accident Site Country Code (if applicable) (DN0280) for any claim, regardless of whether Accident Site Organization Name (DN0120) or Accident Site Location Narrative (DN0119) is reported, in order to properly set venue for the claim, as required by MO statute

Final Proposed Resolution: Final Proposed Resolution: Expand Accident Site fields including City, State, Postal Code, Country, and Narrative (see Final Proposed Resolution attachment).

Voting for IRR CLM902 completed on Thursday, July 23, 2020. The proposed resolution was APPROVED along with the implementation timeline.

A total of 26 responses were received consisting of 22 Yes Votes, 0 No Votes and 4 Abstentions. Per the requirements of the IRR process, a two-thirds majority is required for an IRR to be considered approved. The outcome of this vote exceeded the two-thirds requirement with 100% in favor of the proposed resolution. A detailed report of the voting results for CLM902 is attached.

Due to an error within the final proposed resolution, the voting period for this IRR has restarted and will now extend through 06/23/20. A revised ballot for this IRR was sent to the voting body via email on 07/02/20. The voting body is comprised of current IAIABC jurisdictional and EDI members in good standing. Each eligible organization is allowed one vote per IRR. It is the responsibility of the designated voter (or the alternate, if the designated voter is not available) to discuss the issue up for vote with all stakeholders within their organization and vote accordingly.

I may have missed a meeting or two but I thought we ended up not allowing the Accident Site City to be required because many wc accidents occur outside of cities?  Maybe I missed the meeting where this was changed?
