It appears that 030, 040, and 090 are still valid values on the Louisiana edit matrix table.  I was unable to find correspondence on the state website indicating that they are no longer accepting these codes.  I'd appreciate clarification on why these codes no longer apply.

Business Requirement / Issue: Louisiana specific Benefit Type Codes 030, 040, and 090 no longer apply.

Final Proposed Resolution: The entire category showing as Louisiana specific under Benefit Types 030, 040, and 090 to be removed from the guide as they are no longer relevant. (see resolution details)
